The perfect guards to defend your skin against the cold weather
We should always protect our skin as much as we can, but as bonfire night fast approaches us and we all stand outside in the cold watching pretty fireworks, we need something to help keep the skin all over our body protected from the nasty weather.
E45 are always brilliant, and no matter what skin type you have this product will work. Their Endless Moisture body cream is - unlike most moisturisers - very light, so once you have applied it you forget you’ve put it on with no stickiness, and it keeps your skin feeling as smooth as a peach. For £5.39 it's definitely worth having for everyday use and it will definitely ensure you have well-looked after skin.
Clinique are also fabulous for looking after our skin - their Comfort On Call relief cream will certainly make sure your skin is protected and feeling fresh all winter. At £35.00 for 50ml, it is designed to help skin affected by the tough winter weather - and will not disappoint, as Clinique never does!
If you want a little bit of magic worked on your skin, or in fact wherever you choose, then you should definitely buy Liz Earle’s Superbalm. It's £14.75 for a jar and this incredible invention works on any problem areas you may have, and certainly lives up to its name - a definite must have!
It's also worth investing in another Liz Earle product, in case you're crazy and didn’t fancy the Superbalm. Their Skin Repair moisturiser is just as good, and works at protecting and repairing the weathered skin. A 50ml jar is only £16.25 and seems to last a lifetime.
If you're looking for something a bit less pricey for everyday use then go for a Nivea moisturizer. Their classic Crème is only £1.49 and is brilliant for an everyday moisturizer to help keep your skin protected; it also works on your lips to aid repair, and can be used as a night cream. So as it's three creams in one then its VERY good value.
Last but not least you need to look after your lips and make sure they don’t become chapped, so grab yourself a Burt’s Bees beeswax lip balm tin for £2.97. You can carry this around in your pocket, and you shouldn’t have chapped lips all winter, as long as you use it!
No excuses this winter! Get protected.
