Beauty: Gorgeous Lip Colours for Autumn

As the autumn sets in and we start to change our look and wardrobe, we will probably find our make up changing too! Lipsticks play a big part in our daily look, and there are some great colour choices this autumn.



Considering Benefit have an amazing make up range, it’s no surprise that their lippies are also fab! Its rich pink/purple shade is amazing and just can’t be beaten for any skin tone.

However, the Almost Famous shade is a deep brown and is just to die for. A warm winter shade worthy of everyone giving it a go.   

Red hot lipstick has always been trendy, and at any time of year we can get away with this striking yet sultry lip colour. Bobbi Brown’s velvety lipsticks make you feel very special, and you have to be careful not to get a cheap red lipstick which looks like it should belong in Pretty Woman (at the start of the film). So grab this one - at £15.00 it’s quite a steal really and the shade you want is simply ‘red’!


If you want something a bit different for a night out, why not try this Miss Sporty gold colour, its only £0.45 and represents a little bit of Lady Gaga loving. Surprisingly Miss Sporty’s lipsticks are brilliant and last for ages too, so for this shocking price, you may as well check out their other shades too!

If you’re like me and like something natural for everyday use, then you want a simple light and skin coloured shade. Barry M have a shade called Marshmellow which is perfect for this need. It goes on and looks lovely and subtle and fresh. Their lipsticks are only £4.16 and come a few fantastic natural shades dependant on your skin type.

Last but not least is the must-have clear lipgloss. Not only is it perfect for daytime use to just add a bit of shine to your already perfectly pouting lips, but it’s also great on top of those other lipsticks to make them appear shiny and shimmering. Liperazzi are essential not only for their good quality but also for the fact it ‘lights up’ – an amazing thing to have. They are quite expensive at £14.75 each but it’s a small price to pay for perfect lips all night long!
